Magazine describes it as a new "exclusive product"

Inside the latest issue of the Nintendo Acción magazine, the magazine's staff says a new Sonic game will be released for Nintendo 3DS:

A brand new 3D Sonic
Just before the closing of the current issue, Sega confirmed to us that a new Sonic is on the way for 3DS. And we aren't talking about the next olympic event, with Mario, but a brand new exclusive product.

This could be related to Vandal's writer words about a new Sonic game "not announced yet". However, this could be related to another Sonic not-so-exclusive (Sonic Generations).
